My name and mailing address got into their database because I had a recall item on my Golf, replaced at no charge last spring. Inside the holiday card was a $25 gift certificate for their Parts & Service Department. Seriously? $25, when the mechanics are paid what per hour?
I think Monkey2 and I will start messily working on our Christmas cards tomorrow morning while Monkey1 is at school.
