The Real Title

The Master's Paper is done. My husband showed me this morning how it looked -- the page numbers and formatting were giving him a very hard time last night when I put my sleep mask on -- in .pdf with links and navigation among the sections. Almost 400 pages.

So after the paper's review, he'll be... a Master Doctor? Doctor Master? I'm not sure there'll be a paper on the wall or more letters after his name, but it will make a difference in the workload/pay ratio.
