Today is a week until Monkey1's first day of school. She's not looking forward to it. She just can't understand why Mom and little sister can't be part of it. On Sunday before church we peeked into what will be her classroom, and she said, "And you'll come too?"
"I'll bring you, and I'll be here when school is done," I answered. I thought she was going to cry.
I know she'll like school because she likes being around other kids, but how long she'll fight the separation bit is what I'm afraid of...
